Don't bottle my water!!

There was recently a news item about the city of Montréal selling water to Pepsi for $0.10 cents per 100 litres see the article from Le Devoir which Pepsi then sells back to us for approximately $1 for 500ml as Aquafina!! Hmm that means that they get $200 for $0.10 worth of water by doing some minor re-filtering and packaging it in plastic.  What's that expression "laughing all the way to the bank"?

WE PAY TWICE for something that Soft drink companies marketing has persuaded us we NEED!
